Uma idéia-chave: o "sweet spot", aquele lugarzinho da raquete de tênis onde se dá a melhor combinação de força e sensibilidade. O autor faz essa analogia com o lugar onde os elementos emergentes da organização se somam e potencializam com os processos formais.
Acho que isso endereça um ponto de tensão criativa entre a visão do Augusto ("tudo que é sustentável existe em rede"), e o meu ceticismo, em achar que nas organizações os elementos da hierarquia (renascida 2.0, não a tradicional) são indispensáveis.
